Woodtone Specialties reached out to us because they were having issues recruiting new employees to the Armstrong factory. The goal for this video was to appeal to a younger demographic since they would have more longevity in the company, however, the video also appeals to older demographics.
We aimed to produce a video that excites, but also showcases company values that would attract potential new employees. We incorporated graphic elements to showcase the information and cinematic visuals to excite and keep the audience engaged.
